No Purchase Necessary: Participation in the Path to Paradise Challenge does not require any purchase. This offer is valid only for active FreedomPath Brokers or FSBs in good standing. Eligibility :This contest is open exclusively to active FreedomPath Brokers. All participants must be in good standing throughout the contest period. New enrollments during the contest are also eligible. Taxes and Resort Fees: Winners will be responsible for all applicable taxes, resort fees, and any additional charges related to the redemption of their prize. Resort fees are now commonplace in hotels around the world, typically ranging from $5 to $38 per night, depending on the destination. These fees must be paid directly to the resort upon check-in. No Timeshare Presentations or Hidden Requirements: There are NO timeshare presentations required to use this vacation incentive, and there are no hidden hoops to jump through for redemption. Winners will simply activate their incentive online by prepaying the hotel taxes and fees associated with their destination. After activation, winners will be able to log in, search for their preferred participating resort/hotel, and select travel dates. Incentive Activation & Expiration: The expiration date on this incentive applies only to the redemption or activation process, not the actual travel. Winners must activate their incentive within 7 days of receiving it. Once activated, travel must be completed within 18 months. One Incentive per Household / Group Travel Restrictions :Group travel is NOT allowed with this incentive. Only one incentive is valid per household, resort, or hotel. Redeemvacations.com will only honor one incentive per family, group of friends, acquaintances, or known groups traveling on the same or overlapping arrival and departure dates. Additional costs may apply for group travel. Room Types and Occupancy Limits: The incentive provides hotel accommodation for a maximum of 2 adults. At least one guest must be over the age of 21. This incentive is designed for couples or single travelers. Additional charges may apply for extra adults or children. Incentive Usage Restrictions: This incentive cannot be combined with any other promotional vacation offer or hotel stay. The incentive is void if bartered, purchased, or transferred by the recipient. Booking Process and Requirements: After activation, winners must provide a valid credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) and government-issued ID to book and check into the resort/hotel. Reservations require a minimum of 30 days' advance notice and are subject to availability. Major holidays or special events are excluded. For the best availability, Sunday to Thursday check-ins are recommended, though weekend and peak season bookings may incur additional surcharges. Additional Expenses: The recipient is responsible for all other expenses, including but not limited to airfare, transfers, food and beverages, gratuities, and personal expenses. Resort fees, which vary by destination, are also the responsibility of the recipient. Final & Non-Refundable Activation: Once the incentive is activated, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. Winners will have 18 months to book their travel dates and select a participating resort/hotel. After travel dates are confirmed, no changes are allowed. Cancellations will result in forfeiture of the activation fees. Travel Distance Requirements: The winner must reside at least 100 miles or 160 kilometers away from the selected destination resort or choose a different offer from the available destination options. No Cash Value & Void Where Prohibited: This incentive has no cash surrender value. It is void where prohibited by law. FreedomPath reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time. Other Terms & Conditions: Redeemvacations.com reserves the right to offer hotels of equal or similar value with the recipient's approval if required due to availability issues. The room type is subject to availability upon check-in unless an upgrade is pre-selected and paid for. Additional rules apply to members of Unlimited Vacation Club or Villa Group, who are NOT eligible for the RedeemVacations promotion in Cancun, Cabo San Lucas, and Puerto Vallarta. Multiple Incentive Rules: If a winner has been awarded more than one vacation incentive, only one incentive may be redeemed per household, guest, or individual within a 12-month period. The same destination cannot be redeemed more than once in a lifetime by any individual or household. Redeemvacations.com reserves the right to cancel or refund any attempts to circumvent these rules. How to Redeem: To redeem your incentive, activate it online and search for your preferred destination and travel dates through redeemvacations.com. Your reservation will be confirmed once all necessary steps have been completed. Minimum Lineage Guaranteed Winners: At least one winner will be awarded, minimum, per Direct to Corporate (DTC) Lineage in the Enroller Tree. In the Event that all 6 winners come from the same lineage, FreedomPath and FreedomPath Rewards will award the top performer(s) in other DTC enroller trees the reward as well.
